app isnt on my phone & yet I'm being charged $7.99/month. we autopay our phone bill & seldom look at b/c it's always the same. Happened to look at my phone bill & see these charges. I cant find a way to delete the account so I'm no longer charged. it says "account deletion available, go to website". I can't find jack on the website about deleting the account. this is super shady, I reckon I'll try doing it through the phone provider, fingers crossed they can help me.

An account using my phone number was made in the last month when i got a recent upgrade is what I'm thinking because the plan I'm on got charged an additional $7.99, and the same happened with the other person who got an upgrade recently. I don't use this and haven't used this app since I first got an android phone 10 years ago, and got charged $3.99 then for using it. So for both of us to get charged for an app, neither of us uses or has used on the new phones, is more than a little shady.

I would like audible directions sooner and later. Show specific routes on shorter busier sections. More directional signals and audible lane guidance and lane changes. Screens the size of tablets. Maps that stay visible even when touched. Maybe a code word to change if needed. Tell upcoming gas or needed items, oil etc.
