Lots of good features (when they work). There's nothing better than using the lock/unlock feature on your card and then it never unlocks....hours go by and customer service can't unlock it, now it's been multiple days. I now have to write a check to myself, cash it at the ITM and then can't pay any bills online until they fix my card. I'll be looking for another bank for my primary needs. Tvfcu can't keep up with the latest tech features that other banks offer.

App worked so far, but it is a ridiculous name for a banking app and not easy to find or trust due to all the flyers saying "your$", yet when you search that in the Google app store nothing comes up.(because it's not the actual app name). Also a lengthy terms of service with a lot of mentions of "third parties" involved.

I was used to the previous platform of online bill pay , seems like there are extra steps in order for the option to complete. I don't like like this platform but o- well whom ever created it made it there's and didn't consider how many of us are so tech savvy and just want an easy, secure way to pay a bill or to without the hassle of os guessing what options to click on next.
