MyHealth is an application that connects to Terraillon connected devices.

We know that your biggest source of motivation is visualising your progress. That's why MyHealth makes it easy for you to set your goals, track your measurements effectively and share your data with your friends or doctor. MyHealth from Terraillon brings together all your health data in one comprehensive ecosystem within one mobile app: weight, nutrition, physical activity, sleep and blood pressure.

MONITOR YOUR WEIGHT AND BODY COMPOSITION
Sync MyHealth with your Terraillon connected bathroom scale to achieve your weight, muscular mass and body fat goals...
MyHealth calculates your BMI (body mass index) to identify your excess weight and the potential risks of excess weight to your health. The app then recommends a weight according to your profile based on normal standards. Your results are clearly displayed on your dashboard with colour-coding so that you can analyse them easily. You can also find details of your body composition (weight, BMI, body fat, muscular mass, bone mass or body water mass) in simplified graphs.

MANAGE YOUR DIET
MyHealth helps you adopt a healthy diet with comprehensive and accurate nutritional information (calories, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fibre, sodium). With the Open Food Facts database, you can scan the barcode of the products you have purchased in-store and add them directly to your dashboard. The app decrypts labels from over 500,000 foods and displays the Nutri-Score as well. Based on your metabolism, MyHealth helps you set your nutritional intake target according to your body's day-to-day needs. You can also improve the experience by using the Terraillon NutriTab nutritional scale with MyHealth. That way, the nutritional information will be automatically adjusted according to the weight being weighed.

INCREASE YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Set your daily step goals and… walk! By combining MyHealth with the Terraillon activity wristband, you automatically record the number of steps taken, the number of calories burned and the distance covered on your mobile app!

RECEIVE CALL & SMS NOTIFICATIONS ON YOUR CONNECTED DEVICE
Terraillon activity wristbands (Activi-T Smart & Activi-T Partner) can receive and read your text messages directly, as well as display the name of the person calling you.

IMPROVE YOUR SLEEP
Use a Terraillon activity wristband to analyse the quality of your nights, your sleep duration, and to set an alarm to wake up. All this information is automatically transmitted to MyHealth.

MONITOR YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE
Monitor your blood pressure accurately with MyHealth and connected blood pressure monitors from Terraillon. For long-term monitoring, you can find all your blood pressure and heart rate data on your dashboard. The app displays a colour-coded report for easy interpretation of your blood pressure from the European Society of Hypertension (2018). If in doubt, always consult your doctor or a healthcare professional.

Ratings and reviews

It doesn't work... Like a lot of people below, had tons of trouble just trying to sync the scale with the app. Then, the app completely stopped working the next day (shuts down, and after resintalling I can't log in). It's a shame, it looked good. I will have to bring the product back to the vendor.

This could be such a good app but it's let down because it doesn't work properly. I have a Prime Bathroom Scales. There was difficulty in connecting but I persisted and it connected eventually, it's been reliable since. But it loses my height and waist measurements every time I synchronize. I manually enter my blood pressure, I've set it to mmHg but the slider still expects kPa. When the app first ran I could set to Kg, Lb, or St & Lb. Now the St & Lb option has disappeared. Please don't tell me to report these, some of these issues were reported months and years ago and nothing has been done. Things which could be improved. It's difficult to enter data with the rolling wheels, why not just a box for typing the number? Previous display options like the graphs being set to month and not week should be retained across runs. An option to have the graph over the last 30 days would be good. I like the functionality, the looks, the features, the configurability and much of the way it works. If the same effort had been put into into testing that has gone into the completely useless trophies then it would have had four or five stars from me.

Works well for a few months, suddenly it wouldn't launch on my phone one day. Of course I can reinstall it, but that means I loose all my readings, as there is no cloud storage. :( Big let down). Updated: redownload the app, erase the data, tried 2 times, restarted my phone, it starts to launch after 3rd attempts, but apart from weight, other data not found...

What's new

We have further improved the WEIGHT tab:
- ability to customize the values of the vertical axis of the progress chart under ACCOUNT/MY PREFERENCES/Progress chart
- add the date of initial weight to make it easier to track your progress
- add the year under MONTH view

And we've integrated our new X-LINE Connect Bluetooth scale to track your weight and body composition.
