Ratings and reviews

This is fraudulent. They say it's a free trial then immediately after creating account and giving card info they charge you. And the website that is sent to you they claim is to help you cancel subscription is in Japanese. Customer service email will not respond back eaither. My bank immediately flagged the charge as fraudulent activity and I had to cancel my card and everything. Zero stars is not an option or I would have given that rating. Clearly a scam. Look at their response 😆

It should allow any cards even prepaid cards like cash app cards Venmo cards ECT. Some people don't use official bank accounts anymore because of how much money they take from you. I still put money on my cards in order to use them and get direct deposit as well so I don't understand what the issue is.
