Garett Tracker is the official app dedicated exclusively to Garett children’s smartwatches from the KIDS category. It gives you real control over your child’s safety while allowing them freedom and easy contact with you in any situation.

Check your child’s current location using accurate GPS. The app also lets you view location history and set safety zones (Geo-fencing) with notifications if they are exited.

• Quick Communication
Send and receive text messages, voice messages, photos, and use video chat. Your child can also easily reach you with the SOS button – triggering an emergency call automatically.

• Class Schedule & Time Management
Plan your child’s schedule in a dedicated calendar and remotely manage the watch’s features from within the app.

• Battery Saving Modes
Adjust location update frequency and activate energy-saving mode to extend the watch’s battery life.

• SIM Card Verification & Support
If the SIM card doesn’t work correctly, please ensure:
– It has been activated,
– There are sufficient funds on the account,

Important:
For the most accurate GPS location, use the watch outdoors. Indoors, the device may rely on the mobile network signal (LBS), which can affect location precision.

Step tracking is quite bad, even after configuring the step size parameters. But the worst thing by far is that the app keeps logging me out everyday during the night. Then, when I wake up, if I don't remember to log in again, I'm basically disconnected and can't receive my child's messages and GPS alerts.

The issues we have is that you have to be logged in to get notifications. When I am logged in and close the screen it logs me out everytime. this means we don't get notifications. Yesterday my son used the SOS and I never even knew about it. Also the lotos tracker is always messed up. My son was at school and it days he took 3 km steps 10 times in 6 hours.

Bought Garett Sport Kids USELESS AVOID At the beginning poor location service. Later, the watch couldn't connect to mobile network and finally it doesn't work at all. The app doesn't work, message on the watch android.phone has stopped. It wasn't even used for 1 week in total. Waste of money!
