Manulife Vitality is all about helping members live healthy, earn rewards, and save money. And with the Manulife Vitality app, you can keep track of all the little steps you take towards a healthier you and enjoy all program’s benefits and rewards! From your smartphone you can:

Check in your goals and Vitality Points™

Monitor your progress towards your weekly goal to unlock rewards

Log a workout using GPS*

Submit proof of a completed activity (e.g 5K, dental check-up, etc…)

Enjoy the daily newsfeed with hot tips to help you live a healthier life

Link to Apple’s Health app to sync data via iPhone or Apple Watch

*Some features, like gym visits, may require GPS location services. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

The app is available for anyone to download, but you must have a Manulife insurance policy with Manulife Vitality and register on the website before you can log in. Once you’ve registered, you’ll use your Manulife Vitality website log in to sign into this app.

This app was working great with my Fitbit and had great health data for my training. Fitbit did an update on 9/11 that seems to have broken the syncing with this app. I am missing many points because not logging my high zone minutes. Is Manulife aware of this? Have done most troubleshooting steps except for uninstall of this app, with a reinstall. 10/17 update: not syncing w/fitbit again. Scamming me out of points.

The apps interface was recently updated and Google Fit no longer syncs active mins. I have been on contact with support and while they are trying to help they have not been able to resolve this issue. If you use Google Fit for active mins this has been broken for at least a couple of months with what appears to be no resolution in sight. The offered resolution was for me to add my workout manually, this is a massive PITA. And simply have given up on doing this. So far the new app is a let down.

This app is garbage, never properly syncs Google Fit data. It'll work periodically throughout the year but will stop working for months on end. And the customer service team are absolutely useless and are never able to figure out what's going on. They basically send you on an endless loop of asking you to uninstall and reinstall the app which does absolutely nothing.
