App provides minimal information and no way of contacting TNT as a recipient - you can only make enquiries via the sender. I have now been waiting two days for a delivery I have been promised 'before 6pm' on each day. Despite enabling 'status updates' I had to go digging to find out a "Time constraint prevented delivery"...two days in a row. On the whole, I would strongly recommend using a different courier. If you're unfortunate enough not to have a choice, don't expect much help from this app

Not able to track / alter delivery. Fed ex card left which stated download their app and scan barcode which did not work. Totally confusing and insufficient information or ability to contact tnt to re schedule delivery or to track where it is after downloading that app also

Terrible. Parcels go missing, very bad customer service to sort it out. They've been around for so long they think they don't need customer service. Waiting days for a reply to do with a missing parcel, it makes no sense. I'll never use tnt or FedEx again
