TowTrax Truck is an app that aims to improve the road assistance service (tow, flat tire, breakdown, etc.) for motorists by providing a platform for tow companies to share the network. Upon receiving road assistance requests from entities such as insurance companies and motor clubs, the app automatically finds and notifies the closest drivers to provide the service. This technology creates a win win situation for both the tow companies as they get more tows by sharing the network through the app, and motorist because the waiting time is significantly reduced due to the fully automatic process.

on my device, it's just a map showing where I am atm, a welcome banner at the bottom, and that's it. no dots in the corner, menu, or anything, unless u are in an active work order, which is also limited on options, that's it. coworkers, who have either an iPhone or a newer android, don't have these specific issues.

Located in NY and have not received a single job in a month

Constantly crashes and first tow I got was in Tennessee and it was supposed to be vehicle tow 11 minutes for me in Oklahoma
