Great when it works. Often password doesn't work, have to try 2-3 times, it hangs and gives an excuse of "intermittent connection error." Had to uninstall or turn off wifi then install again and it usually works. Used to call the help number so often, they recognized me by my voice. Pretty glitchy. Update: since new facelift, app looks pretty with new lights and colors. Still the same old horrible experience as ever. 😥 New message: "An error has occurred, please call for assistance." Lame...

Needs another update. When I initially try to use the app, it will show the notice that I dont have network connectivity. Then I'll close the app and open it again and only then it will finally work, I have to do this every time I want to use it. I know for a fact that I do have connectivity, good reception and am also using wifi and that this isn't an issue of trying to use it while they're doing "maintenance".

Very easy to use for deposits without having to drive down to the bank! Only issues I've had is when the fingerprint feature automatically turns off when you want to log on and it gets extremely frustrating to have to keep turning it back on. Also I refuse to call the call center if I have any issues cuz that 1 lady is extremely rude all the time!!!
