I've edited my review from 6yrs ago to express that I hope someone high up in qapital sees it. have had this account for a decade loved it. Now Im trying really hard not to scrap it and take my business elsewhere. theres a lot of good. this bank app can be very useful. but GOD FORBID you run into any issues at all. the cust support is undeniably frustrating no number. u have to talk to AI first. then eventually support agent will look at the wrong thing and mark ticket as resolved when it isnt

One star. My card was suddenly declined even though I had funds. Support said they switched to digital cards and only sent one email, with no replacement card or proper warning. That is not acceptable for something tied to people’s money. There should have been clear in app alerts and an option to replace the card before disabling it. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and made the service feel unreliable.

Seems to work fine, i like that there are more rules than just rounding up like acorns has. I dont like how long it takes to pull the money from your account. All these 'change saving' apps say the same thing; it rounds up money so you don't even notice its gone. If you'd actually take it when I made the purchase then I wouldnt notice. When you wait a week and then take $12 out of my account all at once, thats pretty noticeable.
