TSE Home is a smart lock app. It provides you with all the convenient management operations based on smart locks, currently covering the management of gateway locks, Bluetooth locks and gateways.

The main function：

・ APP unlocking;
・ Set temporary key;
・ Support adding/deleting/modifying electronic keys;
・ Set the door lock time;
・ Set the door lock menu;
・ Two-dimensional code, mobile phone number and other door lock authorization methods;
・ If the gateway is connected, the status of the door lock can be feedback at any time, including door opening reminder, unlocking error number over limit reminder, shackle alarm, hijacking alarm, unclosed alarm, arming reminder, disarming reminder, low battery alarm etc;

Ratings and reviews

Useless. We used townsteel smartlocks throughout our home (6 total) for the sole purpose of being able to integrate the whole system and control it remotely. I can't even control it sitting on my couch inside the house. Very expensive mistake. App hasn't been updated since 2023, so I guess we're just not doing anything at all to improve the user experience or at least correct the multitudes of bugs? Architect (and owner of the home) will never recommend these products or the app.

It gets the job done. I'd like it to be able to enable passage mode from the app though, or at least be able to increase the timeout until the physical lock relocks. Without this, it can be hard to get the timing right when guests are arriving. I'm using this with the E-genius 5000. Also, the Android notifications don't really work. There's just a constant message that says "Allow push notification" (but I've given the app all the permissions it asked for).

Firmware still won't update. Can't use app. Do you have any idea what's the deal with firmware update?
