The TUI app brings together all travel information and reservations to make vacation planning and management easy. The app covers most holiday types, but for certain journeys, such as one-way flights, some features may not be available.

Ratings and reviews

Very half-made app that has lots of spelling and/or translation errors. Opening more information takes you to some iframe type of view of some mobile optimised page which has way less info than the actual TUI site, which seems kind of odd. Also it took me to swedish sites, not finnish as I would have assumed. So no dice. Going to use the actual page!

Had a really bad vacation experience. Unresponsive support in the app chat. In an emergency situation I couldn't get any help from TUI and had to arrange my own accommodation and transfer. Didn't get fully reimbursed for these expenses, either. Had to call TUI in Helsinki because they weren't responding in a time sensitive situation. Basically I had to arrange my travel myself. The things TUI should have taken care of. Won't book there again.

The app itself seems to function correctly but I fail to see the reason for its existence. Reserving a trip is better done at the web site and the customer service can give unreliable answers when contacted through the app.
