Ratings and reviews

The app is clunky and definitely needs some work. The biggest issue is if you want to add sports equipment, bikes, golf clubs, etc, you have to ring, go through a myriad of options before speaking to an advisor about adding equipment. It's clunky, outdated and takes way too long. Other travel apps allow you to add/remove things in the app itself, but Tui's app is 10 years in the past. I know a lot of sports people who won't use Tui for this particular reason and would rather use Jet2.

The app hasn't worked since I got to my destination, it just doesn't down load, it shows the trip but if you tap on it same problem, no download. Really annoying as Tui rely on it in resort. Our transfer time just appeared in notifications, again tap on it nothing downloads. It worked on previous trips with Tui....

Can't contact TUI via email, the main way they communicate is over the phone. Which takes over 6 minutes of questions into you're able to speak to someone and then they transfer you anyway. I was then told to call TUI blue, who told me that they don't deal with TUI customers and I had to call TUI again. Tried calling the hotel who don't pick up the phone. also I can't turn off push marketing notifications, unless all notifications turned off for bookings as well, this company sucks.
