Very bad. I hope you password doesn't expire. Or they will not notify you of it until its to late and you need to pay bills. If fiserv goes down so does the app which is very inconvenient. The forgot password option on the main page is a dummy button. It does nothing. You get to the input your info portion and it spins and take you nowhere. This bank all together is very poorly ran. Watch your acct. They like to give fees that you don't deserve. Remote deposit does not work either.

For at least the last month or more it's impossible to try and open this app. I constantly get a pop up saying something about the security and the app is unable to be used. It's really quite frustrating and annoying and I'm honestly thinking of just leaving this Bank all together because your app don't work. I don't know what you did to it but you should really fix it because reading the reviews looks like you have a lot of very unhappy customers right now.

Since the new update this app has gotten better to use. I have had my acct hacked a few different times and the last time they pretty much told me to figure it out myself. I still haven't gotten that money back it's been over a year! Pretty sure i didn't spend any money in Tennessee when I was at work right across the street from them. Needless to say I keep very little money on this acct now and have gotten a main acct elsewhere.
