The app is average. When I'm watching a movie, it slows down considerably as the movie loads, not to mention the ads that interrupt the programming too often. It's impossible to enjoy a movie or game without extreme interruptions from ads. Although I understand that there is a section where you can remove the ads, it is extremely impossible to enjoy a movie. Without the interruptions, there are too many ads for each movie or for each gameit is impossible to enjoy the application even if youbuy.

They'll renew your membership when one opens the app after months of inactivity. I don't have one anymore, but I once had a roku tv and used an older email when i made a vix account. So I was surprised when I received an email saying, "Thanks for subscribing." I talked with roku, and they made sure I had no active memberships to this app. They make it extremely hard to cancel if you didn't sign up with them. Roku doesn't have my current credit card info, so good luck charging me.

App has way too many commercials, It shows 1/3 of the program/show and 2 thirds of pure commercials. The worse, it will repeat the same commercial over and over. They want to get us to pay for the service to avoid all these commercials. Besides that, it's fine. Lately, I feel it has improve with commercials or I got used to that! I gave 3 stars due to commercials, however I like that it has such a great variety of programs, I saw 2 old novelas, the originals and other shows.
