Single worst in app experience I've ever had ever. nothing in this app works. It's not occasional glitches, it's permanently freezing on you, not allowing certain actions, requiring constant restarts, even hosts have trouble using it. miserable. please chose a different option. I mean it that NOTHING in this app works as intended it took me 30 minutes to book something that should've taken 30 seconds (literally).

I thought the app worked very was clear, and easy to use. I looked up several places and was happy I chose Bounce. My 1st booking was canceled but I was informed and had ample time to find another place. On my booking it had good directions (I had already looked it up when I booked to make sure it was very close to were I was staying) and it was also an easy process dropping and picking up. This was in Rome.

Your app says I need to show my booking to the store. And in your email, it also says to click on booking details. However, the store owner needed the booking reference number. Without this, he wouldn't accept the booking. This number is not displayed anywhere. The only way we could do this was by clicking on the "Add Apple Wallet" button on the email. I don't have Apple and I don't want to create an apple wallet. But that was the ONLY way I could find the booking reference.
