Welcome to the INSTACASH App.

INSTACASH is a licensed independent Fintech company that provides electronic money transfer services and works across all Mobile Networks in Eswatini. Instacash transforms micro financing, mobile commerce, electronic payments and mobile banking solutions across Eswatini.

The new App is secure, reliable and a convenient wallet for your mobile money transactions. It allows all INSTACASH users to perform the following financial transactions from their mobile phones.

 Cash Deposit – Once a user registers for Instacash via agents, they can then via the same agent deposit money into their Instacash accounts. This is how users fund their accounts in order to be able to perform transactions on the app from their wallets.
 Send Money – Once there is money in the Instacash wallet, a user can then send money to other Instacash users as well as unregistered users who can only receive money twice and will be required to only cash out the money.
 Cash Withdrawal – When users have money in their INSTACASH wallet, and decide to exchange it for physical cash, they can withdraw the money via INSTACASH agents. Also, for guest users (those who received money before registration) can also withdraw the money via the same agents.
 Make Payments – The app allows users to make both till and bill payments. Users can also pay subscriptions for their INSTACASH Stokvels.
 Buy Airtime & Bundles – The app allows users to buy airtime for both MTN Eswatini and Eswatini Mobile numbers.
 Buy Electricity – Users can purchase electricity tokens via the Instacash app.
 Insurance – INSTACASH users can opt in for the INSTACASH Funeral cover and also pay their premiums.
 Eswatini Payment Switch – Users can easily and securely move funds from their INSTACASH wallet to any of the EPS participants.
 Account Management – Users can track their transacting history, request and view statements as well as manage their INSTACASH wallet security PIN.
 Customer registrations – Users that are INSTACASH agents can use the app to fully register new Instacash users.
 Customer Deposits – INSTACASH agents can also use the app to perform deposits for INSTACASH users, which is a way of funding their wallets.
 Cash Withdrawals – Agents can perform cash withdrawals for Guest users via the app.
 Settlements – Agents can also settle their commission to either their customer wallet, float account or their preferred EPS bank. Billers can also settle money from their business wallets into their preferred EPS banks.
 Business Payments - Billers can via their wallets perform b2b payments.
