Fix your app please. Used to be 5 stars but for this season of sports, even when I have "keep me signed in" selected, it makes me sign in when I try to manage tickets. it won't remember credentials either. other than that, it's okay. Seating chart and team rosters also more difficult to find than it used to be.

The app won't open even after reinstalls and device restarts. When it has worked in the past, many issues with remembering settings (would prompt the same questions every time). Lately has had issues remembering account login info, which requires that to be entered every time. Simply does not handle basic tasks that would be expected from an app nowadays.

UPDATE (10.11.25) Still a bad app. I'm stuck in a virtual waiting room to download my own tickets! Just a bad app. It's just a terrible app. Articles don't open, it always makes you start answering setup questions before you get in, randomly logs you out (maybe not random, it's usually just before you need to get to your tickets for an event). But it's how tickets are made available, so what are you going to do.
