The app constantly stalls, freezes and buffering whether it's on my phone or tablet. I literally have to hit the home button multiple times to get the app to close. It also starts whatever I am watching over or when I get ready to go back in the app the finish the show i get "sorry this isn't available right now" so I have to go out and then go back into the app and it's really frustrating.

I really love the shows featured on Bet plus. But I have experienced trouble playing the shows, trouble with it loading, as well as playback. It crashes frequently. I purchased a subscription thinking I would have access to certain shows new episodes such as Tyler Perry's Sistas and The Oval. The new episodes are never on there. I have a better chance seeing it on YouTube. Really considering canceling. Not really worth it.

Just downloaded this today and must say I'm disappointed. I am a fan of bet movies and shows. When I found out I can watch them anytime I wanted, I immediately jumped on the opportunity. I downloaded this app and subscribed to the AD FREE version only to find I was STILL seeing ads! I got 1-3 BEFORE the video played and 4-5 in the middle of the show! The website says the ads were for shows, but instead I got ads for car insurance, cleaning products...ect. not right to charge if not ad free
