Update - trying free option - it was nice to get a see the developer respond. I will update again after I use it for a bit but seems cool so far. Looks like it would help but there is a monthly fee and as far as I can tell there is no free version, outside of the initial 7 day trial. Of course they don't tell you that until after you've signed up. Maybe I'm missing something but there was no indication that it would cost anything.

This app knows me better than I do! I've been struggling to manage my PMDD symptoms for years, and have tried therapy, meditation, yoga and journaling, which all helped but didn't exactly tell me what was going on. This app has fantastic insights for every day of my cycle and I'm feeling more normal and more in touch with my body/moods than I have for a long time!! The $40 cost for annual is totally worth it! My outlook and relationships are already improving with my new ability to communicate.

Love the lack of TTC lingo. Dealbreakers: No manual input of BBT for health markers, no dark mode?, the trial is very short, the cost is a high compared to apps that have different concrete symptoms data (opk, cervical mucus, cervical position). I waited so long for this to come to Android and I was disappointed. I uninstalled since it doesn't have almost any of the health parameters I use. Measuring BBT from the wrist is not as likely to be accurate, but many use it on watches.
