About this app

Autism Diary is an app developed to log all key elements from the lives of people that cope with autism.

Autism Diary will help to:
- Add your meal along with specifying intolerances, levels of an often avoided compounds and insight to diet statistics.
- Control supplementation: specify form, dosage and units
- Monitor health, sleep and excretions
- Log usual and unusual occurrences
- Save regular, desired and unwanted behaviours
- Flag individual entries to highlight them among the others
- Evaluate overall wellbeing
- Create your own notes
- Export data to Excel file

Autism Diary is divided into 4 times of the day (with option to set their timeframes) for better view of the whole day, but you can fill it in according to your liking.

This app was developed for autistic people, but especially their carers. Nevertheless it can be used by anyone who would like to have better insight on their wellbeing.

Thus is a pretty cool app, however as a teen on the spectrum I don't really like it. I noticed you are replying to comments so please read this and create a new app for teens! It would be best to be less parent oriented. For example it was like: Shopping, supplements, goals. Goals are great but they sound blunt and aren't easy to succeed. I want more organization. Fun emotions and colors. Different/special ways of the app being decorated. It would be amzing if we could chose these things myself!

Thank you for your feedback. I understand your point of view, but app specifies in description that it has been made for carers and parents in mind. I created it mainly for my family but also for others like ours. Sorry it doesn't meet your need. Maybe I'll think about making another version, once my son turns 16. ;-)

LOVE THIS! I'm a fairly new autism mom and when I first heard about logging my child's day to day, I thought it absurd! Of course I will remember all of the important & pertinent information when asked! HA!! The dates of doctor's appointments are hard enough to keep in a calendar but what was said, when to follow up, who to follow up with, what meds, if any, were changed/added...and that's just the doctor! If u saw a nutrition specialist while u were there, that a whole other animal! Great tool!

This is a really simple, easy to use app to track behaviours, food and overall health of a person. I will be using it for my son, i was doing something similar on excel for agea, but this is a much better way. One thing though is that there is always someone different watching my son, I.e. myself, my husband, his brothers, my father, his teachers etc. So I was wondering if there was any plan to make this app online, so that multiple people can log in to update the one profile?

Thank you for your feedback. What you are saying, would be a nice feature, but unfortunately it would be too much work. And I have stopped developing the app some time ago as did not have much feedback from community. What I can suggest: get one designated device for Autism Diary and pass it over between people as they are looking after your son.
