terrible app experience. you are forced to enter a credit card before even inquiring about a service. even though I approved it through Amex, it still won't let me through. I'm not going to call my cc company just for the privilege of using this service. there are others to choose from. I'm not impressed. again, my issue is with the app.

As a frequent flyer, I try to make my entire flying experience as smooth as possible. This includes getting to and from the airport. Really wanted to try Wheely after seeing the advert several times on my in flight entertainment screen. The app won't let me add my card in. Tried 3 different cards, the app crashes out, says to contact customer service to add a card. Does not complete the registration nor does it give you instructions on how to connect to customer service. Poor execution.

Excellent from start to finish. Addison Lee had no pre-booked availability and other apps don't offer a fully guaranteed booking, which is crucial for an early morning trip to the airport, so I tried Wheely. It was great : on time, great service (including asking whether I wanted the radio on; I didn't so I could rest), quality car. Will definitely use again.
