I really love the whole conecpt of the app! Using the phone for everything is a bliss. The no contact check-in and out and the key is easy to handle. Maybe the only thing that has bothered me is that when I used it for the second time (my partner always added me as a second guest, so I wasn't the main user) I had to put in all my info again. It bothered me a bit but I had no huge problems with the app.

Let's see, it is easier to go to the reception and grab the key than use the digital check in, I tried many time to grab my booking with the app I only get the message try later, then I do the check in, using the website they sent me, I am checked in but the key doesn't appear in the app, I used twice, so far it is not working for me

Add PayPal or Google pay as payment options. Paying by card doesn't work. Also make connection between desktop and mobile app better. I hoped it would be possible to fill everything on mobile and pay on PC, but I had to redo booking again and on PC app crushed during signing. Less fancy sliding windows please and more actual usability.
