Hi, I'm finding it frustrating that I can't view any of the content on this app without needing to connect to the machine via bluetooth. I have a daughter with Cerebral Palsy and am wanting to view some exercises she could do to strengthen various parts of her body. Why does this need to be paired with the machine to view? Makes me just want to delete the app.

I love my hypervibe, wonderful machine. But this app is not up to date. Videos do not download and work so no visual ques of the workouts to have optimal results. Hyervibe if you could please address this issue as I would love to recommend your product to others but this issue is stopping me from doing so.

It was good but now my videos are gone .. no demo of exercises .....just blank screen but I can use everything else . VERY frustrating , I have already upgraded my tablet before just to have the app running . If there has been a update that only requires the newest of devices then that is completely useless marketing.

If you are still having issues, please contact our technical support for assistance. It should be noted that unless you have your app paired to the machine, the app does not know which model machine you own, and videos will not be displayed when using unpaired. Potentially this is an explanation for why your videos were there, and then gone.
