Not great. Most recently when I press to open the app, it just immediately closes. I found that the comp dollars, food credits, and casino points on the app were never in sync with what appeared on the slot machine, the notifications I received by email, what the card desk staff told me, and what the restaurant cashier saw when I paid for my visit. It was like flying blind. The games were awkward and slow, never won anything in the drawings, and never found a reason to use the chat feature.

I downloaded this app this past February and I couldn't wait to get started with playing the games for free play. I was able to purchase free play if my wscore met the amount for me to buy. A few days ago I needed 70,00 for $10,OK no problem, now tonight I checked and the amount went up to 700 points for$10, why did you raise the points to be earned? I noticed other players complaining the amounts rose to 2million? Should have other games with higher bets.

I thoroughly enjoy the app. At least the slots part of it. However, I understand that in order to keep bugs fixed and to add new slots that there must be updates. But, I find my time being wasted a good bit because it freezes up a lot and then sometimes, it just won't load certain slot machines. I have auto updates turned on for my app but sometimes I have to manually go to the Play Store (I'm using a new-ish Android device/phone) and select the Wind Creek app for an update.
