Ratings and reviews

Look I get that we're getting a big nor'easter snow storm, but the keeps pushing weather alert notifications every 1-2 minutes. I've viewed the alert and keep dismissing it, but I had to finally turn off weather alert notifications in android settings. I've lowered my rating to 4 stars because honestly those alerts have been inconsistent in the past and the app seems to not sync consistently.

I love using the WJAC weather app because it's so accurate, and since im from johnstown where WJAC-TV is im happy to have apps from my local news stations. The weather app has announcements for whenever severe weather shows up and you can hear what specifically is going to occur since it tells you. You can also look at the latest News articles in the app to catch up on what's happening in the news but for more information it's better to get the other app made by WJAC-TV. Both are great apps

I use the daily weather widget only, so my rating applies only to the weather widget. I have another weather app downloaded, and I am comparing it with this one. Other app is much better: 1. Realistic, color weather icons (vs. these ugly, all-white cartoon weather icons that make them harder to see); 2. Tap temp to automatically sync without opening app (vs. tapping widget & it has to open app to update temp); 3. Daily temps should be shown left to right like they are on the News (not vertical).
