I have subscribed to Yearly Premium , everything was fine in the beginning, but now the writing assistant and browse categories are not working. Only talk more with AI is working. I have reported the problem , but nothing was done. I am extremely disappointed and not happy that the app that I payed for a year is not working properly. I hope that you will sort out this problem.

The app initially worked well for the first year, but its performance declined significantly after I purchased a lifetime subscription. It frequently crashes, fails to provide information, and has become unreliable. The app's community is unhelpful, and customer support is nonexistent despite my numerous attempts to contact them with over a thousand unanswered emails. The app’s quality deteriorated after the subscription payment, and it feels deceptive, promising functionality it doesn’t deliver

Great App, minus the purchase of subscription prompt after purchase of a lifetime subscription, has been made. That is the only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars. Please fix, also how do you use the app on different devices without having to purchase a subscription again? I am currently paying for 2 extra subscriptions on top of having the lifetime already.
