Ratings and reviews

No support! Absolutely horrendous experience. I wouldnt use this software if they paid me. The location software depletes battery life twice as fast. The ability to play is determined by software that functions correctly about 50% of the time. And it NEVER works when needed or busy. Customer support has provided NO support. Miserable experience. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Still owed money!

Horrible! Apparently this app update with new look 2 days ago. I opened it today thinking cool maybe it will be more user friendly. It won't even recognize my email linked to the account 😕. The WSOP is in town I want to play some poker. Support doesn't answer the phone this is ridiculous. They were inept when they launched this app originally. Now just in time for the WSOP they upgrade right when it starts and major problems with no support.

Like the game, play often. Updated app is nice but please bring back landscape view or at least a rotation option. I play on a tablet and can not set tablet down when on charge. Also it's awkward to play with table standing straight up therefore I always have to hold my tablet. Thanks
