Turn on your mobile data, not wifi, download the app, skip log in, first the app will give you the option to pair your phone with your watch, dont do it, skip that. Then the app will ask to find your phone and to turn your bluetooth. Do that, it will find it immediately. After the watch was found pair it with your phone and the app will appear. I tried vise versa and it didnt work, this way worked great.

All of a sudden, since Aug 21 (yesterday) I can't connect my sw173 to my phone. Bluetooth says it's pared and connected, app says it can't connect. Watch shows no info about Bluetooth. Support?
