Not being able login to my account with biometrics is frustrating enough, but the fact that I have to manually input my username and password anytime I want to access my account is a pain. Especially when I'm near the stadium and the wifi or cellular network is bogged down by 70k people. Not being able to quickly log into my account on the app makes it so I can never use my Lions loot or use any features of the app while in the stadium

I've been using this app for quite a while on different variations of Samsung phones, the latest being a Samsung Z Flip3. It's worked fairly well until I launched it the other day and was prompted to update. It wouldn't let me update through the prompt, so I had to uninstall/install it. Now, I get in the app to check info, and the home screen goes blank/white. I tried clearing the cache, uninstalling, and the same thing. Makes the app unusable.

Every single year the authentication makes it near impossible to manage my tickets. I'm left closing the app and trying again in a couple days. I swear I want to update to 5 stars, but between this for 3 years and the app never working at registers during games for perk points, I can't change it until those are resolved. PLEASE fix the former at least. It's so frustrating
