Switching to the software was supposed to be an upgrade to our company. That is a joke. This app is basically unusable. You can't even use the navigation feature and if you try you have to force stop the app to continue to use it. It randomly clocks you in and out. There's no way for crews to check how many hours they've logged each week. And the app isn't even formatted properly to fit on the screen. This is almost like someone's college computer project that should have got a c+ maybe...

App logs you out clocks people in and out randomly. And as bad as the app is the desk top version is a million times worse. It will take 2 days to schedule a work ticket if it allows you to at all. Worked great 3 years ago but they added more capabilities and broke the whole program.

Horrible crew app.. Like all Crew Leaders we have stuff to do in the morning so if I forget to clock my guys in right away...say im in a machine... I have to stop right there that second to clock them in.. I cant go back and edit the simple clock in time..Now I have to bother my Supervisor to have him stop what hes doing so he can go in a correct it..I understand the fact of not doing edit clock in times but come on not everyone is trying to cheat the system.
