Ratings and reviews

This version is much improved. It does have good/reliable information on it. Downloads are faster until the spinning wheel starts. Then I get a message "unable to connect to the server." The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall. One area of the mobile app that still needs serious upgrading is the charts. Bugs still need to be fixed, but progress is being made.

The app will not complete loading if selected. First splash screen appears. I select dashboard. Screen darkens and swirley wait icon appears but never goes away so nothing else can be selected. However, I have found a workaround. Open any Zacks email and select any link from the body of the message. This takes you directly to someplace. At least for me, this now allows the app to work correctly until being closed. When reopened, it fails again so I must pull up an email, etc.

App is bad. First a screen asking if you want to go to the app or log out. After proceeding to the app it asks if Zacks can send you notifications. Every. Single. Time. No the answer will always be no. No need to ask me anymore. It's slow and poorly laid out. Not worth it. I can get info emailed to me if I want. I sent a email to delete my data and close my account. Then Ideleted the app. Better finance apps out there.
