Giving a negative review just because the cashless refund system did not work at all, was badly implemented overall, and now the refunds have been closed and the English version is not giving correct information at all. Translating the Czech language version that works better, I learned that the refunds are now closed and that my multiple requests in fact did not go through at all. There is no help how to proceed. It is simply unacceptable to handle customer money carelessly like this.

functional but has a lot of quirks. I got sent alerts for bands 2 days after I've seen them perform, now that is rating time I have a field that just says "Please rate the quality of" and doesn't say of what...

Bug: text elements are partially cut off on the "rate the festival" page. Not the case on iphone.
