I tryed five times the video call and needed more than an hour for the validation process. One agent even hang up the phone call. The data had to be entered always completely new and from the beginning, even once the process has been completed. At the end nothing worked, no answers from the support and a hotline out of service. A really poor perfomance.

This has got to be one of the most painful app to use. Tried more than 20 times to verify myself in DB flinkster. Are the agents lazy hanging up for no reason? Shady practices at its finest. The app loops all the time asking the same and the same. Agents have practices on hanging up without speaking English. They report that: "camera does not work" to DB Flinkster, which is a complete lie. 4 different browsers, 2 laptops, 1 smartphone and 3 different internet connections

Horrible! They don't speak English and didn't put into consideration that international students / researchers in Germany may not be fluent in Deutsch within days of arrival. I called three times and after showing my passport they just hung up!!!! I just wasted €10 in buying the O2 simcard. It's not worth it!!! Horrible people. I would have opted for zero star rating if it was available.
