Very bad. Neither the Android nor the iOS app has been ever tested properly before releasing. Lots of bugs and very less support. You need to improve the stability and the issues with camera switching before releasing it publicly

Avinoam & Scratchy
Tried to activate my German o2 SIM card. This requires verifying my identity for which o2 recommended using this app. The process failed because the chat operator, whom I saw and heard, simply closed the chat twice, and disabled the access code so the third attempt failed to connect. This is dishonest and these people are trusted with our sensitive documents. Companies are liable for any harm that may befall clients who are forced to use this app. And I lost the 15 EUR I spent on the SIM.

I tryed five times the video call and needed more than an hour for the validation process. One agent even hang up the phone call. The data had to be entered always completely new and from the beginning, even once the process has been completed. At the end nothing worked, no answers from the support and a hotline out of service. A really poor perfomance.
