Host showcases your restaurant’s reservation schedule by displaying key information where, and when you need it most so staff can act quickly — and keep service moving.
The overview list shows all reservations and walk-ins in chronological order, and puts essential information like reservation time, guest name, table assignment and special reservation notes clearly visible at a glance.

The list also keeps track of your guests by highlighting when a guest is running late, or if an upcoming reservation needs attention before it’s scheduled to start.

Access reservation details with a single tap from the overview list

In the detail view you’ll be able to:
- Contact your guest if needed
- View and edit details like table assignment or reservation time
- Add additional info about the reservation for your staff in the notes section

Keep service running like clockwork

Host makes arrival management clear and simple with intuitive actions that help keep up with the pace of business.

- Easily manage traffic by checking guests in and out to keep tabs on which tables are free or occupied
- Assign a new table for a guest right from the reservation list if a change in seating is needed
- If a guest isn’t showing up, you can quickly mark them as a no-show to free up a table
- If a guest calls to cancel, or the restaurant needs to close, you can cancel prior to check-in
- Accommodate guests at the door on-the-fly — walk-ins can be created quickly from the top navigation bar and are automatically assigned a table according to availability
