Training with Vagusvit - anywhere, anytime!

Vagusvit © is your personal trainer for strengthening the vagus.
The vagus, or also called parasympathetic, is the relaxed nerves of our autonomic nervous system. The autonomic nervous system is the supreme control center in the body and sets the course for the control and regulation of Organe- and organ systems there. The autonomic nervous system regulates all vital functions (z. B. cardiovascular, respiration, blood pressure, immune system, etc.). It is similar to a central heating system that controls the functions of the radiator and regulated. An undetected failure in the Control Center will inevitably lead to malfunctions, which would equate in our case with organic diseases.

It is in our hectic and fast paced therefore ideal to have a coach who makes the workout anywhere, at any time day or night. The aim of this training is to prevent stress-related illnesses and to increase the resistance to stress and load your organism.

Vagusvit © allows you to breathe a healthy, stimulating the vagus rhythm. The intuitive and intelligible operation of Vagusvit © allows patients of all ages daily Vagustraining.

Vagusvit © includes seven breathing cycles to choose from, including the timing of 6 breaths per minute. This respiratory cycle was added to the national disease management guidelines in Germany, because this rhythm exerts the greatest stimulation to the vagus nerve.

Since not everyone can immediately breathe this clock, even faster rhythms are integrated so that each slow its optimum rhythm can approximate (COPD, asthma). For users who want to breathe more slowly, there are two more slower clocks.


How does Vagusvit?

Vagusvit © gives you a visual and / or audible signal a respiratory default. By itself red filled circle inhalation is prescribed and a blue circle is empty forming signaled exhalation.
