And here we are 9 months later & still no fix for event check in. Cool. Still 1 star. Previously have contacted "cust service" about the location issue & they just said it doesn't work very well for Android. Sounds like no plans to fix it. Cool. 🙄 They fixed the search and the 2FA is much improved, but the fact that I have location services on and it still asks me to turn them on so I can check into events means this app will stay rated 1 star until they fix it.

We are actively working to fix the event check-in bug for Android users. We hope to have a resolution as soon as possible to improve the experience for our users. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Update: this app still gets stuck on login, a problem I've had since November. The app opens my browser to log in, and never goes back to the app (which just shows "Logging in" for hours; I've tried to be patient with it). There's little point in using the app if I have to do my health check on the website in a browser-I'll just set a reminder to do it on my computer at that rate.

Schedule never loads. Notifications do not show, and instead there is a permanent notification box that says "checking for notifications based on location", which cannot be dismissed. I have checked all settings and this shouldn't be happening. The app is also very slow and clunky. Using the website in my phone's browser is somehow more usable than the app itself.

I have referred your feedback to the technology department and they identified a bug when the schedule is displayed. We are currently working on solving it. Please contact us at https://m.asu.edu/contact-us so we can provide assistance on the notification box and notify you when the schedule display is corrected.
