Unreliable. I've had to reset my code about a dozen times now with the front office. Intrusive. Why do you need my GPS location if you supposedly connect to the sensor via Bluetooth? If your apartment complex chooses to use this service, I recommend finding another place to live. The fact that they would choose to invest in such a garbage service hints as how much they value you as a resident.

My code gets deleted often. This last time, it only lasted 4 days. It's nice to get in the gate without a code, especially when its pouring down rain. However, having to get it fixed once a week is ridiculous.

was working fine for over a year and then starting earlier this year my code kept deleting out. Had to have complex reset several times. can get in gate once and then it disappears. try code again and it says its in use with another device. I even got a brand new phone (had a S9+ and now a S20+) and it still does the same thing. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to be locked out access to my residence. there has to be a better solution.
