What kind of an app is this's that's cannot even load the themes. It's keeps saying failed to load or download.

It's got lots of themes and it's easy to use. Only thing I absolutely loathe is that when there's an update, it'll bother you every 2 minutes with a notification saying "there's new skins for telegram." Send one and if they don't come to update, they're probably busy, don't just send another, then another, then another, every 2 minutes.

easy color changes. Lots of ads. I used it for a year. Every time the phone reboots or telegram or plus gets an update, ads try to be shown with a popup - which you can cancel. I would still use it if there was a PRO version that cut out all ads. Don't need it now, I spent the time and created my own theme Inside PLUS (it's built-in) to make my own theme. This is for the lazy/mildly ambivalent, and for that it's great! it absolutely is easy and works well.
