My trip was canceled, and no refund was received. After two weeks, I asked customer service for help, and they only admitted that they weren't aware of cancelation and then gone silent, ignoring all the upcoming questions

Absolutely a scam. Purchased bus r/t tickets from Sofia to Veliko Turnovo. Was promised a bus from one company, was picked up by another company with a very old bus. No wifi, no power, no bathroom, NO AIR CONDITIONING in 30°+ weather. Driver made random stops that weren't in schedule. Bus was late. Do not use unless you want the worst bus experience!

Very satisfied by this service, asking to change a ticket date and team making it without any problem in short time, thanks a lot!
