Connected to openGST, users can view all of their work requests and tasks in one click. The interactive map simplifies the reading of information and provides access to all the essential documents in their work.

• A task is completed? It is enough to close it in a few seconds with the date, the hour and the duration of realization. The agent can also enhance his work by adding photos of the result and a comment.

• An unfinished task? The agent can indicate that he could not do everything, another agent or service provider can then intervene.

• An additional task not requested? He can create it directly on site, it will be visible to everyone, on the map as well as on the openGST software.
