Ratings and reviews

I really like the news and programs on TV5Monde. The audio volume on the app, however, is too quiet, even on maximum phone volume (whereas the ads on the app are twice as loud as the broadcasts). Please increase the audio volume on your videos. The live video feed does not work in the USA, giving a message that it is not permitted. Please fix this. Many thanks! Update: 2024-Jan-01: For weeks there have been problems with the video freezing (and the app showing "An error occurred.")

Chromecast is still very flakey. You have to start playing a programme on your mobile to select Cast to Chromecast. The programme still runs on your mobile and then starts on the device you're casting to - both together at different times! Also casting stops if you turn your mobile screen off. Affreux!

The app went through some updates over the past few years. It now works well. I now give it 4.5 stars because I can't cast the videos to my Roku TV, I can only cast to my speakers. But otherwise it's actually very nice compared to how it was 4 years ago.
