biggest dungheap app ever took 10 chf from me ride did not move a mm had to carry it out of the parked spot and the vehicle blared at me all the time unhelpfull the contact is telegram only and email is not working! go for any other solution in zürich !!!!

You top up, pay money and then when you want to unlock and ride it does not work and asks you to pay more. Thank you for that one. :(

very limited drive zone, only across the lake zürich, when i drove to St Peterstrasse, fee hundered meters away from lake, the scooter stopped, it refused to take further instructions, e.g., -rescan of QR code, -scooter is in brake state. So, the rider has to push it by force or just leave it? Ending the ride was not even possible. I drove only 16 mins, and had to spend about 40 mins to bring back to a location near the lake where the app accepted to end the ride.
