The teaching on DocTutorials is good, but the support experience has been shockingly bad. The app’s confusing UI led to an accidental duplicate renewal. When I contacted them for payment renewal, they replied instantly and sent the link within minutes.*But the moment I raised the issue of the duplicate payment, the same team has completely stopped responding. It’s unbelievable that a platform students rely on during such a stressful preparation time shows zero accountability after taking money.*
