Incredibly slow at processing emails. I've tested it on multiple devices, platforms, and networks. Deleting is slow, sending is slow. Overall it feels like a product in beta that might be good someday day but isn't yet. I have the lifetime license. Responding that they will look into it seems odd. It's a platform issue reported by multiple users here. If they don't see the issue on their end but I can see it on high end PCs and flagship phones, there are likely larger issues.

It's a very pretty app with a nice UI. However, sync times for most of my accounts are oddly long and for one Exchange account, inbox sync is completely unreliable. Emails don't show up in the inbox even though the account is listed as Connected and -importantly- Canary IS sending me notifications for those missing incoming emails. So the emails arrive, but Canary won't show them in the inbox. Support did respond initially but not so much lately...I'm moving on, I need something that works.

I downloaded this app because 2 others who combine numerous email accounts weren't living up to what they were. That being said, I have a problem. When I receive notifications of an email, I go to my inbox, and that email is not there. I manually refresh and still nothing. Not in spam or trash. I'll end up finally getting that email that I received a notification for about 20 minutes later. I also want to know how can I change the app to refresh and check for emails more frequently. Thank you

What’s new

A few fixes and improvements to keep your email experience smooth and efficient:
Fixed:
1. App Progress – Progress now completes correctly after using the template feature.
2. Swipe to Archive/Delete – Swipe actions no longer get stuck until a page refresh.
3. Copilot Replies – Adjusting reply length, tone, or proofreading no longer changes the subject line in replies.
