I use this wallet to store crypto. I deposited sussecful offcourse, but when try to send crypto out I can't due transaction failed with no explanation why ( I have inaf gas fees to cover transaction etc. ) so my crypto stuck in there. I contacted customer support, more than a week no response from them. I would not recommend to use this wallet for anyone !!!

I am extremely stresses. I lost all my NEO.I did migration, I have the neo and neo3 apps for my ledger showing 0 coins, all 120 are gone. please help me find a way to get these back. I have stage 4 metastatic melanoma, my health keeps me worring. i need these coins. what is the reason here.

WARNING!- 1 of the Passphrase words on the confirmation page (arrange words in order) was missing a letter. There are also grammar and misspellings, such as Tweeter vs. Twitter.
