Mind Garden is a digital therapeutic service where you can read and listen to content based on the emotions you’ve selected. It helps you soothe your mind and view your worries and concerns from a new perspective through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy, and self-affirmation.

- What is Self Talk?
Self Talk refers to the process of facing your emotions by reading and listening to content out loud. In Mind Garden, there are two types: “Read to Myself” and “Speak to Myself.”

It's in a different language and I cannot change the language to English - would not recommend only if you you Chinese, Asian or Japanese and can translate and find change language or maybe google translate? Still don't think it's worth it- it might just be me though - try it out and see if it's fine for you

I bet it's a great app. Unfortunately, it's not in English. Looks like it's in Korean. Can't read anything. Please fix this or maybe have a language select on initial open screen.
