Fairly seamless. Only complaint is that my new insurance automatically assigned a different doctor, and while that was easy to correct via a phone call, the app returned an error message about having a different doctor and wouldn't let me check in for my appointment. It would be nice if there was a way to tell the app "I called my insurance company and switched to the correct doctor, please proceed".

I experience crashing almost every time I've opened the app. It takes me four or five times of opening, crashing, and trying again just to get into telegealth appointments, and it's impossible to make appointments through the app, since it crashes every time I press a button. I've tried redownloading the app, restarting my phone, and logging out and in, nothing seems to work.

Overall, this is app is quick to download and install, easy to use, and had immaculate video and sound. The sound and video were the clearest of any app I've used for video calls. Setup was easy, and took roughly 5 minutes, instead of the lengthy process with other medical apps I've used. I didn't need to change any settings on my phone's security protocol. Signing in was a breeze--I didn't have to hunt for the correct tab to find my visit before initiating the link to my doctor. No ads!
