This camera worked fine initially. Now it's not catching everyone coming and going. Everything is seriously delayed; it doesn't even show when I initially leave or come home. It won't pair to my wifi. I've disconnected it waited ten seconds, restarted it, and still won't pair. You can never get any real direction from their FAQ section. I'm going to look for a new camera elsewhere and we've paid for the premium. I'm over this thing. Don't waste your money.

It sounds like there is a disconnect between your phone and app as well as your Mode settings. This happens. We will be happy to help you with this. It used to be a good app. Now, even on a paid subscription, I need to close two or three pop-up ads every time I open the app before I can do anything with it, like changing the mode for example. Update: Promotions keep popping up when I open the app. This is not OK for a security system app. I may need to open it in an emergency. I can't waste time declining the newest offer.

Hello, there should not be ads with Premium. The ads help us sustain the service by offsetting the costs associated with ongoing engineering updates required to keep our app compatible with the latest iOS and Android releases for Basic users. Pick up takes seconds after movement, meaning someone can initially run in front of the camera and never be picked up. Only picks up slower first movements. I keep getting deals on a new camera, but, it's $100/year subscription per each camera. I need 10 cameras. Not many can afford that $100/year/per camera. You Should be able to have more than 1 camera per subscription. I am probably switching over to something with more cameras and less subscription cost. Need to run subscription deals.
