The Multi-specialty Center is always attentive to the needs of its customers and constantly works to improve the tools it makes available to its customers.
The new version of our App has been implemented with many new features:
New and Simplified Graphic Interface:
The new version of the app has large texts and is easy to consult thanks to simple and well-indicated paths!
Colors, Icons, Texts have been designed to be beautiful, modern and easy to understand.
System of access to reports improved and made multi-account!
From this version of our App it will be possible to enter multiple login credentials and easily access all reports of the family unit.
Thanks to the multi-account system it will also be possible to receive notifications relating to reports and appointments for each registered user!
The Push Notification System has also been improved!
It will be sufficient to enter at least your mobile number when you first start the application to receive communications from our Center right from the start! Furthermore, thanks to the interactive messages, it will be easy to respond to requests for "Appointment Confirmation" without having to use the SMS service anymore.
Finally, thanks to the Notifications summary screen it will be easy to find all your reservations without having to call us back and without wasting time searching through the SMS received.

The emergency is over and we are quick to manage the queue, but if you don't feel like waiting in our waiting room, just pick up the number from our queue eliminator, open the app and go for a coffee in peace.
Access to the Booking System directly from the App:
After introducing our new online booking system last year, we took another step forward and made it available directly through our App! Register in a few seconds by entering your details and independently book the day and time of your specialist visit!
